We have been in business in Canada for over 40 years, selling STERLING and SILVERPLATE flatware, hollowware & fine bone china. We guarantee that what we sell is original. We do not sell monogrammed or damaged flatware unless stated. Items are not new and consequently may show some sign of use.

Please send an email - info@silverpattern.com with the pattern name, measurements and quantities of the items for which you are looking.
We will respond as soon as we have checked our inventory for availability.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars
Your order will be processed and an invoice will be sent including shipping charges.
Canadian Residents are subject to all applicable taxes.
If you are unhappy with your purchase. Please notify us within three days of receipt of your order. If the goods are returned to us within 10 days in the same condition as they left us, we will gladly refund the cost of the item minus all the actual shipping and insurance costs. For orders paid via Visa or MasterCard, 3.95% will be deducted from the refund as we are not refunded the service charge by the credit card companies. International returns must be sent via the Post Office. We do not ship or accept parcels sent via UPS, FedEx, etc. due to their high brokerage fees. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Goods will be sent within three business days.
PAY PAL
Goods will be shipped 7 days after receipt of payment from new customers.
We must ensure that PayPal is going to honour the payment.
International Money Orders
Goods will be sent within three business days.
Cheque/Check
Goods will be sent following a hold of fourteen business days.
All orders are properly packaged and insured and shipped via Canada Post.
Your privacy is very important. We do not sell or release any customer information to any third party.
We do not store any customer credit card information on our computers, on our web site or on our server.
